Our approach consists of two levels: “Near-future organizations & Work style” and “Networking”
First, the work style consists of 3 processes. The first is “Mechanisms of Problem”, in which problems are analyzed as multi-faceted phenomena, and the fundamental mechanisms that give rise to the problems are clarified. Based on the mechanisms that are identified, the second process is “Mechanism Design”, in which proposals of solutions are devised. The third process is “Project Management”, in which the roles & responsibilities of the participants are clarified, and the project stages are coordinated. “The Near-future organizations” are the systems to connect knowledge and create the hubs of the networks of strategic partners for each process.
With networking, the speed and impact of the project production is increased by maximizing the resources that can be used and function of the network as a whole, and creating Win-Win situations for the strategic partners, who each possess different strengths.
