Selected as a Great Place to Work® Certified Company – 100% of Employees Responded “We Contribute to the Community and Society”
In December 2025, e-solutions, inc. was recognized as a “Great Place to Work® Certified Company” based on the employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (hereinafter referred to as GPTW Japan).
Our company received high evaluations in the following areas:
・Employees believe the company contributes to the community and society.
・Employees are willing to make every effort to accomplish their work.
・Employees feel they are fairly compensated for their work.
・The company fosters a welcoming atmosphere for new hires.
・Employees are treated fairly regardless of age.
The most symbolic result for us was the question, “Do you think this company contributes to the community and society?” to which 100% of our employees responded, “Yes, I do.” GPTW Japan even commented that this was “an extremely rare and valuable result.”
We do not view this certification as something to excessively promote. Rather, we see it as a milestone where the attitudes and culture we have valued have been affirmed from an external perspective.
The fact that all employees answered they “work for the benefit of the community and society” is a source of pride for us, as well as a responsibility to continue living up to those expectations.
Going forward, we will ensure that each employee approaches their work with purpose, fostering an environment where the younger generation can continue to take on the root causes of social issues. At the same time, we will continue to create businesses that contribute to society.
