On December 2, 2025, Total Future Healthcare, Inc (TFH), a subsidiary of our company, published a joint press release in collaboration with Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Keio University School of Medicine.
This press release highlights the presentation delivered during the luncheon seminar at the 53rd Annual Meeting and Scientific Assembly of the Japanese Association for Acute Medicine, held on October 28, 2025.
The seminar featured Professor Yutaka Kondo, Chief Professor and Chair, Department of Emergency and Disaster Medicine, Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine, as the moderator, and Associate Professor Koichiro Honma from the Department of Emergency Medicine at Keio University School of Medicine as the main presenter. The presentation focused on findings from the “Fall Detection” project, which has been conducted since October 2024 at three elderly care facilities, including group homes operated by Care Partner, a subsidiary of the Daito Trust Group.
The main topic of the presentation was titled “Early Detection and Prevention of Fall Accidents Using High-Resolution Radar Systems in Living Spaces,” summarizing the key achievements of the project. Based on research led by Associate Professor Honma, Total Future Healthcare provided overall planning and project implementation, while YKK AP cooperated by supporting the installation of sensors in the care facilities.
